Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Co-Founder who is interested in building a long-term company, not just joining another startup.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to become a core part of the founding team while contributing both strategically and financially.

Investment Requirement

This role requires a personal investment of ₹20 Lakhs into the company.

The investment will primarily support:

- Team expansion
- Product development
- Marketing
- Operations
- Business growth

This is not a funding request from an external investor. We're looking for an active operating partner who wants to help build the business from the inside.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead financial planning and forecasting.
- Build financial models and fundraising strategy.
- Manage cash flow and operational budgeting.
- Establish scalable operational processes and SOPs.
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions.
- Drive investor readiness and financial governance.
- Support fundraising and investor communications.
- Build operational dashboards and reporting systems.
- Assist in hiring and scaling internal teams.
- Help shape long-term business strategy.

Preferred Background We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
- Finance
- Investment Banking
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- Corporate Finance
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Chartered Accountancy
- Startup Finance
- Business Operations
- Strategy & Operations

Startup experience is preferred but not mandatory.
