Key Responsibilities

Operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) independently.

Set up components, job clamping, and perform tool offset settings.

Load/unload parts and maintain target production output with high precision.

Inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).

Maintain clean machine condition and basic daily maintenance.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in VMC machine operation.

Education: ITI / Diploma (Machinist/Fitter/Mechanical) preferred, or relevant practical experience.

Skills: Knowledge of Fanuc, drawing reading, and usage of measuring tools.
