(JD) – Collection Executive (Plywood, Laminate, Doors, MDF & HDHMR) Job Title: Collection Executive / Collection Man Department: Finance / Accounts Industry: Building Materials (Plywood, Laminate, Doors, MDF & HDHMR) Job Summary Collection Executive ka mukhya kaam dealers, distributors aur retailers se company ke outstanding payments ko samay par collect karna, payment follow-up karna aur customer account ko healthy rakhna hai. Is role me regular market visits aur Accounts aur Sales Team ke saath coordination zaroori hai.

Key Responsibilities · Dealers, distributors aur retailers se due payments ki collection karna. · Payment due list ke hisaab se daily follow-up aur market visits karna. · Cash, cheque, RTGS, NEFT aur UPI payments ka record maintain karna. · Collection ke baad receipt aur acknowledgement dena. · Daily Collection Report (DCR) aur Outstanding Report submit karna. · Customer ledger aur outstanding ko Accounts Team ke saath reconcile karna. · Overdue accounts ki recovery ke liye Sales Team ke saath milkar kaam karna. · Payment delays ka reason samajhna aur management ko report karna. · Company ki credit policy aur collection process ka palan karna. · Customer relationship maintain rakhte hue timely payment ensure karna.



Qualification · Minimum Graduate minimum 12 , or Graduate. · Collection me minimum 3 to 5 saal ka experience preferred.

Skills Required · Good communication aur negotiation skills. · Basic accounting aur ledger ki samajh. · MS Excel aur ERP/Tally ka basic knowledge. · Honest, disciplined aur result-oriented. · Pressure me target-based collection karne ki kshamata. · Valid two-wheeler driving licence aur market travel ke liye taiyar.

Indicators (KPIs) · Monthly collection target achieves karna. · Overdue outstanding kam karna. · Collection efficiency improve karna. · Daily visit aur reporting discipline maintain karna. · Customer disputes ko samay par resolve karna.
