Core duties include administering prescribed medications, monitoring vital signs, changing wound dressings, and communicating patient health changes to the broader medical team.

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Managing medical equipment, changing wound dressings, and assisting with physical therapy exercises.

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.

Helping with mobility, safely transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs, and preventing falls.

Providing toileting assistance and managing incontinence.

Tracking, recording, and reporting vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation)

Preparing and serving meals that strictly adhere to prescribed dietary requirements or feeding tubes.

Observing physical and cognitive changes in the patient's condition and immediately notifying healthcare professionals.

Documenting care delivery, fluid intake/output, and behavioral changes.
