Responsibility:

1. Develop and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
2. Leverage a strong understanding of the fashion category to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
3. Utilize knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces to optimize clients' product presence, performance, and growth on various platforms.
4. Oversee large sets of data for both internal and client use, ensuring data accuracy and using insights to improve account performance.
5. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for clients by using a strategic blend of client relations and sales techniques.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored e-commerce strategies that align with clients' goals.
7. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on account performance, presenting actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
8. Manage multiple client accounts effectively,



prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Account or Category Manager in an agency or marketplace, ideally within the e-commerce/fashion industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of the fashion category, with a strong focus on e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces, including their operational standards, best practices, and performance metrics.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets for business insights and account management.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a blend of client relations and sales acumen.
6. Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
