Role Description This is a full-time, in office Claims Adjudicator role based in Bengaluru South.

The Claims

Adjudicator will review, analyze, and adjudicate insurance and healthcare claims in accordance with policy terms, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying claim documentation, assessing eligibility and coverage, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate approval, denial, or modification of claims. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify information,



resolve issues, and maintain timely claim processing.

The Claims

Adjudicator will also contribute to process improvement, maintain detailed records, support reporting, and uphold quality and compliance standards in all claim-related activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management to review, process, and resolve claims efficiently.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims to interpret policy coverage, terms, and exclusions accurately.
- Candidates should possess experience with Property Damage claims or related domains to assess loss information and validate supporting documentation where applicable.
- Candidates should possess analytical and detail-oriented skills to identify inconsistencies, prevent errors, and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with policyholders, providers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using claim processing systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software; familiarity with healthcare or employer-led benefit platforms is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases while maintaining accuracy.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, insurance, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in claims or insurance operations, is preferred.
