Role & responsibilities job responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

- Ensure construction complies with design specifications, quality standards, and local building codes.

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for materials and workmanship.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Estimate material, labor, and equipment requirements.

- Manage material deliveries and inventory at the construction site.

- Verify measurements and prepare bills for contractors (BOQ and billing).

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

- Monitor concrete work, reinforcement,



formwork, masonry, finishing, and other civil activities.

- Coordinate with surveyors for site layout, leveling, and setting out.

- Maintain site documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, and work records.

- Attend project meetings and communicate progress to project managers and clients.

- Control project costs by minimizing material wastage and rework.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment.

- Review and approve work completed by subcontractors before payment.

- Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings and completion documents.
