Role Overview

TRU Realty is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage day-to-day site operations for our ongoing residential projects in Mumbai. The role involves ensuring construction quality, adherence to timelines, and on-ground coordination between contractors, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth progress of work.
- Inspect materials and workmanship regularly to maintain TRUs quality standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress logs, and material consumption records.
- Support the Project Engineer and Site Manager in planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements at site.




- Verify quantities, assist in measurements, and coordinate approval processes with contractors.
- Report deviations, delays, or quality issues promptly and suggest corrective measures.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential or mixed-use real estate projects in Pune.
- Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, drawings, and finishing details.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control practices, safety guidelines, and local site regulations.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
