Role & Responsibilities

Execute and supervise industrial civil maintenance and brownfield projects.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities.
- Handle BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Prepare client billing, contractor billing, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project schedules.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
- Manage multiple project sites and maintain proper project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Construction, Brownfield Projects, Plant Maintenance, Renovation, or Shutdown Projects.
- Solid knowledge of Site Execution, Billing, Estimation, BOQ, and Quantity Surveying.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, client coordination, and team management skills.
- Experience in factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
- Willing to travel to project sites across Maharashtra.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within committed timelines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
