Technical Skills

- Oversee the daily operations of janitorial services across multiple locations, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met or exceeded.

- Manage, train, and develop a team of janitors and supervisors, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess the quality of work performed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients,
