PMC Velocity is looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out works to join our growing team for projects in Kerala, Karnataka and Chennai project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients,



architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate billing-related activities.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Robust knowledge of finishing works, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and related civil works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel
