About the Role

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring that construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Manage and supervise workers and subcontractors at the project site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate various construction activities including civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
- Prepare daily site reports and update project progress to the management.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper measurement and execution of works by subcontractors.
- Verify work quantities and assist in checking subcontractor bills.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping are maintained at the site.




- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or execution issues.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants whenever required.
- Ensure proper handover of completed works and address snag/rectification requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of residential building construction and finishing works.
- Valuable knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site procedures.
- Strong subcontractor and labour coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in independent residential/villa projects will be preferred.
