With centers located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, NURA is expanding its presence to strengthen accessible, technology-driven preventive healthcare across India.

Role Description The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing civil works related to NURA’s healthcare facilities and infrastructure in Kozhikode. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring that all structural, site, and utility designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating site conditions, managing stormwater and drainage systems, supporting construction supervision, and resolving design or site-related issues as they arise.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to project scheduling, cost estimation, compliance documentation,



and continuous improvement of facility design to support patient-centered and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering foundations: candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.

Qualified practice: candidates should be experienced Civil Engineers with demonstrated ability to manage engineering tasks and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Planning and project coordination: candidates should possess skills in Planning, including project scheduling, resource coordination, and site development.

Infrastructure and water systems: candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related drainage design for healthcare or commercial facilities.

Educational background: bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

Technical proficiency: familiarity with civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and relevant national building codes and standards.

Regulatory and safety awareness: understanding of local regulations, environmental considerations, and health and safety requirements for construction projects.

Additional strengths: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in healthcare or commercial building projects is an advantage.
