Position: Civil Engineer

Department: Projects / Construction

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise site work, contractors, subcontractors, and labour to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, excavation, and foundation works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements, maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and prepare progress reports.
- Manage material planning, consumption, and site inventory.




- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
- BOQ Preparation as per the approved drawings.
- Invoice submission & payment follow up with client.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, BOQ, and site execution practices.
- MB preparation , Invoice submission & payment follow up.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
