We're Hiring: Civil Engineer (High-Rise Residential Projects) We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with proven experience in high-rise residential construction projects for our Hoskote Project .

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is mandatory Requirements: Experience in high-rise residential project execution Strong knowledge of site execution, quality, Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Experience in preparing and verifying contractor billing and measurement sheets. Prepare and verify quantity estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Verify contractor running account (RA) bills and final bills as per work executed.





Cross-check measurements with site records and approved BOQs. Finalize contractor bills in coordination with the project, billing, and QS teams. Ensure all billing is accurate and complies with contract terms and project specifications.

Maintain proper documentation of measurements, billing records, and payment certifications. Coordinate with contractors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely bill processing. Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
