Role Description

- Drive city-level revenue, sales targets & profitability across multiple stores
- Own and monitor key sales KPIs including conversion, ASP, footfall utilization and productivity
- Lead retail business growth across architects, designers and corporate clients
- Manage multi-store operations, SOP adherence, inventory, compliance and store standards




- Build, mentor and lead high-performing Area Managers, Store Managers & sales teams
- Drive customer experience, loyalty and resolution of critical customer escalations
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new store development
- Use CRM, ERP and BI dashboards to drive data-led performance and corrective actions
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other HO functions for seamless execution

Qualifications

✔ 8–12 years of experience in retail sales, business development or operations

✔ Proven experience in multi-store leadership with revenue & P&L; ownership

✔ Strong commercial acumen, leadership and execution capabilities

✔ Experience in furniture, home décor or high-value retail will be preferred

✔ Strong customer-centric and data-driven approach
