Key Responsibilitie

- sAdminister and support Citrix Clou d, Citrix Daa S, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD ) environments
- .Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI ) solutions for enterprise users
- .Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connector s, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway

- .Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS ) and Provisioning Services (PVS )
- .Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg
- ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues
- .Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience
- .Implement security best practices, access controls,



and compliance requirements

- .Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities
- .Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams
- .Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles

- .Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes
