2.Coordinate with the supply chain team for material and resource planning, ensuring timely availability of critical components.

3.Track capex budgets, utilization, and variances against approved plans.

4.Highlight deviations and support corrective actions through structured data insights.

5.Coordinate with the zonal project manager to reduce wastage by monitoring capital work in progress (CWIP) and hold sites.4Process Compliance and Audit Readiness1.Act as the single point of contact for all process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and standard templates.

2.Highlight process non-compliance or deviations to circle teams for corrective action.

3.Track and ensure governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and internal financial controls (IFC) compliance, including closure of related action points.

4.Monitor internal and external audit findings and ensure timely closure of action items.

5.Manage IT tool-related issues to support process compliance and smooth circle operations.5Support Process Improvement and Gap Identification1.Identify recurring process issues and improvement opportunities through data insights.
