● Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in identity and access management or software development

● Strong background in CIAM platforms, preferably Ping Identity /ForgeRock

( PingAccess, PingID, PingOne)

● Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as

OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and federation concepts

● Hands-on experience with Java development and object-oriented programming (OOP)

● Familiarity with API design, system integration, and microservices architecture

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins,

Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); Azure experience is a plus

● Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka,

MQ, Azure Event Hub)

● Experience with serverless technologies and container orchestration

● Solid grasp of security best practices,
