About Koutuhal Koutuhal is building India's AI capability ecosystem by helping students, educational institutions, and businesses adopt AI through hands-on learning, automation, and AI-powered solutions. Role We're looking for a CTO & Co-founder to lead our engineering and AI teams, define our technology roadmap, and build scalable AI-first products. You'll work closely with the founders to shape the future of our platform while building a high-performance technology organization.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute Koutuhal's technology strategy.

Lead engineering, AI, DevOps, and product development teams.

Build and scale our AI-powered learning platform and internal systems.

Develop AI products, agents, automations, and enterprise solutions.

Drive architecture, security, scalability, and engineering best practices.

Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class technology team.

Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and rapidly bring innovations to market.

Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in building and successfully launching technology products from concept to production,



with ownership of product architecture and delivery.

Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams, with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects.

Strong expertise in AI/LLMs, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.

Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, React/Next.js, FastAPI, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and up-to-date AI frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, RAG, vector databases).

Startup mindset with strong product thinking and execution skills.
