About the Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology organization of a fast-growing AI-first enterprise SaaS company that is transforming enterprise decision-making through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

The organization has successfully established product-market fit and is now entering a rapid growth phase, expanding into multiple industry verticals while scaling its enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute the overall technology vision aligned with business objectives.
- Own the technology roadmap and architecture for current and future products.
- Drive innovation across AI, Machine Learning, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise software.
- Make strategic technology decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Build a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, innovation, and customer-centric product development.

Engineering Leadership

- Build, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams across:
- Backend Engineering
- Frontend Engineering
- Mobile Development
- Platform Engineering
- Infrastructure & DevOps
- QA & Engineering Operations
- Establish strong engineering management practices and succession planning.
- Coach engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
- Foster collaboration across product, AI research, engineering, and business teams.

Platform Architecture

Own the complete application architecture including:

- Cloud-native platform architecture
- Enterprise SaaS architecture
- APIs & SDK ecosystem
- Mobile platforms
- Distributed systems
- Microservices architecture
- High availability and scalability
- Performance optimization
- Data architecture
- Enterprise integrations

Drive architectural decisions that support rapid business expansion across industries and geographies.

Product Engineering





Partner closely with Product and AI leadership to:

- Convert research innovations into production-ready products.
- Deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
- Build reliable, scalable, customer-focused software.
- Improve engineering velocity without compromising quality.
- Ensure rapid product delivery while maintaining engineering standards.

Engineering Processes & Quality

Establish mature engineering practices including:

- SDLC governance
- Engineering KPIs
- Quality Assurance ownership
- Code review standards
- CI/CD implementation
- DevSecOps practices
- Release management
- Performance monitoring
- Incident management
- Documentation standards

Create repeatable engineering processes that enable rapid scaling.

Security & Compliance

Lead engineering efforts around

Work closely with security stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness.

- Strong cloud architecture experience.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale products.
