Lead end-to-end operations at MeraDoc with a primary focus on doctor operations. Drive operational excellence by managing doctor onboarding, workforce planning, SLA adherence, quality, compliance, partner operations, and cross-functional execution to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Doctor Operations team.
- Own the complete doctor lifecyclefrom onboarding and credentialing to go-live, rostering, substitutions, and escalations.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor SLAs, TATs, team KPIs, and quality metrics.
- Ensure SOP adherence and compliance with clinical and non-clinical processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner operations and lead partner review meetings.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and high-quality execution across all operations.
