Role & responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all daily operations across production, purchase, sales, inventory, logistics, HR, and finance.

- Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks across all business units.

- Oversee the end-to-end purchase process from vendor selection and negotiation to order approval and delivery tracking.

- Supervise the end-to-end sales process including order management, dispatch, customer communication, and after-sales support.

- Approve pricing decisions, credit terms, and special commercial arrangements.

- Review sales pipeline, receivables, and monthly revenue forecasts to align with production capacity.

- Oversee inventory planning for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

- Act as an authorisation authority for purchase, sales, expense, and inter-department approvals.

- Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of department managers and functional leads.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

- Minimum 1015 years of progressive experience in operations or general management within the textile or relevant industry or a closely related sector.

- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and large-scale manufacturing operations.

- Prior experience in a COO, VP Operations, Plant Head, or equivalent senior leadership role.
