We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our founder.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the centre of how the business is run.

NeoFinity is a Neo Group-backed fintech building the recent age fintech products to help young indians spend, save and borrow better.

The role:

You will manage critical cross-functional priorities, ensure execution across teams and functions, coordinate investor and stakeholder communications, and serve as the operating layer between the founder and the business. You will also support and coordinate across adjacent businesses and initiatives within the broader portfolio.

What you will own:

- Investor relations coordination, reporting, documentation, stakeholder follow-ups




- Cross-functional execution tracking and accountability — Strategic projects and research as required by the founder — Internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team

Who you are: — 5–8 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup — Operated in environments where priorities shifted fast and judgment mattered more than process — Exceptional written communication and structured thinking — Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping accountability

This role is suited for someone who has strong execution instincts, is comfortable working directly with a founder, and wants to be at the centre of building a company — not at the edge of it.
