- 3+ years of professional experience in startups, consulting, founder's office, strategy, operations, product, or other high-ownership roles
- Prior startup experience preferred; candidates who have worked in quick-paced,



high-growth environments will be strongly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and an execution-first mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and drive projects independently
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and operating in a high-intensity environment
