Company Description The Little Gym is a global experiential learning and child physical development center with more than 300 locations, serving children from four months to 12 years old. Through progressively structured classes and a positive, play-based environment, the organization helps children try recent activities and build self-confidence. For over 35 years, trained instructors have offered programs such as parent/child classes, gymnastics, karate, dance, sports skills development, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and birthday parties.
All programs use physical activity as a foundation for “Three-Dimensional Learning,” integrating movement, cognitive development, and social-emotional skills to nurture well-rounded children. Children experience The Little Gym as a place to play, laugh, and make friends, while caregivers see tangible growth in their physical abilities and self-esteem.
Role Description: The Child Development & Learning Lead is an onsite role working closely with kids aged 1-12 and their parents. You will be in a unique position to help to shape confident, curious and compassionate children.
This is an opportunity to create meaningful experiences for children through books, storytelling, creativity, play and community.
