THE ROLE

Build the High Performance Leadership Institute India from zero. You'll design the operating model, hire the founding team, launch the program, build the faculty network, and establish market presence in 18-24 months.

You'll Own:

- Market entry strategy (positioning, pricing, go-to-market for India C-suite)
- Operating model (in-person + virtual programs, delivery format, cohort size)
- Faculty recruitment & development (hire Indian facilitators with executive/coaching background)
- Program design customization (adapt Global model for India market)
- Commercial strategy (revenue targets, unit economics, path to profitability)
- Brand & positioning (differentiate vs. ISB, IIM, coaching firms)

YOU BRING
- 15+ years in leadership development, executive coaching, or talent/L&D;
- Founder/GM mindset — built something from zero or scaled a business (not just run an existing operation)




- Deep India market knowledge — understand C-suite buyer psychology, pricing sensitivity, decision cycles
- Faculty/program expertise — know how to recruit and develop high-quality facilitators
- Fundraising/financial acumen — can model unit economics, path to profitability, and secure follow-on capital
- Executive presence — credible with C-suite buyers and investors
- Nice-to-have: Consulting background (ISB/IIM/Catalyst/Flame alum), coaching certification, or ex-corporate L&D; head
