Role Summary:

An Economist analyzes economic data, trends, and policies to provide insights that support business, government, or organizational decision-making. They use statistical and econometric methods to forecast economic conditions and evaluate the impact of economic policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret economic and financial data.
- Conduct economic research and prepare reports.
- Develop economic forecasts and predictive models.
- Monitor market trends, inflation, employment, and GDP indicators.
- Evaluate the economic impact of policies, regulations, or business strategies.
- Present findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with finance,



policy, and research teams.
- Stay updated on national and global economic developments.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and statistics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, Stata, EViews, or SPSS.
- Experience with econometric modeling is preferred
