Subject

Teachers (Post Graduate Teachers - PGTs) deliver specialized instruction in disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, History, Political Science, etc., preparing students for board exams and higher education. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines.

Deliver subject-specific or language lessons to students using effective teaching methods.

Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding.

Provide constructive feedback on student performance and offer support for improvement.

Foster a positive, interactive learning workplace that encourages student participation.

Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their academic pursuits.

Create supplementary teaching materials, resources, and activities to enhance the learning experience.

Utilize educational technology and resources to support classroom instruction.

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students’ progress and address concerns. Collaborate with parents to create a supportive learning environment.

Stay current with developments in education, teaching methodologies, and subject-specific advancements. Attend workshops,



conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons with conceptual depth and exam readiness.

Design assessments, projects, and remedial plans for academic excellence.

Integrate digital tools and lab-based learning where applicable.

Mentor students for Board exams.

Collaborate in curriculum planning, departmental reviews, and academic audits.

Maintain student records and contribute to parent-teacher communication.

Required Qualifications Academic: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks.

Professional: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.

Certification: Qualified in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or CTET (Paper II) as per board norms.

Desirable: Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum and familiarity with NEP 2020 pedagogies. Subject-Specific Expertise (for Subject Teachers) Deepen students’ understanding of the subject matter through practical examples and applications. Integrate real-world scenarios and case studies into subject lessons.
