Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer About The Role We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep subject-matter knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex chemistry — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced graduate-level topics. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.

No prior AI experience is required — just a strong chemistry background and the ability to think and communicate clearly.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems that rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more

Develop transparent, detailed, step-by-step solutions with sound scientific reasoning

Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning

Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and evaluation criteria spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry





Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI outputs over time Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains

Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously

No prior AI or data annotation experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
