Education

- B.Sc Chemistry
- Knowledge of Analysis is a must

- Daily parameters testing – pH, TSS, TDS, MLVSS, COD, BOD, reagent preparation as per SOP
- Supervision of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Chemical dosing to maintain the required pH in the aeration tank, primary tank and secondary tank
- Monitoring Sludge Removal
- Preparation of Form 3 and Form 5
- Maintaining and checking stock for expiry
- Maintaining the log book for the chemist and reviewing the operator's log book
- Training of Operator
