Cluster Owner- Wet Line Production (TopCon Solar Cell Manufacturing) Department: Production / Operations Experience: 10–14 Years Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Wet Line process in a TOPCon Solar Cell manufacturing plant, including Greenfield setup, process qualification, production ramp-up, and stable mass production. Ensure high yield, process stability, equipment uptime, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities - Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification of Wet Line equipment.

- Manage Texturing, Cleaning, PSG Removal, and Edge Isolation processes.
- Optimize chemical consumption, yield, throughput, and process capability.
- Monitor KPIs including Yield, OEE, Efficiency, Uptime, and Cost per Wafer.
- Troubleshoot process issues using SPC, RCA, DOE, and Six Sigma.
- Ensure EHS compliance for chemical handling and waste management.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering teams.

Key Skills - Expertise in Wet Chemical Processing, Texturing, Cleaning, PSG Removal, and Edge Isolation.

- Experience in Greenfield projects and high-volume solar cell manufacturing.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
