Location:Noida, Sector-141 Position 1 : Commis I Salary Budget: Up to 22,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation as per café standards and recipes
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations as per FSSAI norms
- Handle basic cooking tasks independently
- Assist in inventory handling and stock rotation
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a café or restaurant kitchen
- Experience in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Moghalai
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
