Area Sales Manager - Pune (Maharashtra)

Experience Required

2 to 7 Years in Critical Care Medical Equipment Sales

- Experience handling Private Hospitals & Critical Care Medical Equipment Sales
- Fresh energetic professionals with robust hospital contacts are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth of critical care medical equipment within the assigned territory
- Promote Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers, DVT Pumps and Mobifusions to hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, ICU teams, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management
- Regularly visit hospitals, medical colleges, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities for business development
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and equipment trials for healthcare professionals
- Handle product enquiries, negotiations, quotations, and order closures effectively
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets assigned by the company
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements within the territory
- Coordinate with service and technical support teams to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer visit records, and pipeline updates
- Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities as required
- Maintain ethical sales practices and represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

- Graduate : Any Degree
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
- Must travel locally and nearby regions as required
- Good communication & presentation skills
