Workforce Enablement Solution Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

Act as a functional and business-facing consultant for enterprise workforce ennoblement and productivity transformation initiatives

Analyse customer workforce workflows, operational inefficiencies, onboarding challenges, and employee ennoblement processes to define scalable solution approaches

Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, process analysis, and requirement gathering for workforce transformation programs

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and delivery teams to align workforce enablement solutions with employee productivity and business transformation goals

Support implementation and optimization of workflow enablement systems, digital adoption platforms, employee guidance systems, collaboration workflows, and AI-assisted workforce solutions

Contribute reusable process frameworks, workflow optimization models, adoption accelerators, consulting templates, and workforce enablement best practices

Skills and Competencies

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Workforce Enablement domain

Good knowledge and experience in Workforce Analytics Foundations (Workforce productivity metrics, workforce effectiveness concepts, organizational KPIs, capability measurement models), Workforce Data Ecosystem (HCM data models, learning analytics, collaboration analytics, operational workforce data, enterprise data integration)

Experience in building Analytics AI Systems (BI platforms, workforce dashboards, predictive analytics, AI-driven workforce insights, adoption analytics, data visualization) by effectively contributing in expected role





Consulting Business Alignment KPI mapping workshops, workforce maturity assessments, business outcome alignment, executive reporting

Architecture Solutioning Workforce intelligence architecture, enterprise data platforms, analytics governance, reusable workforce insight accelerators.6. Domain IP Development Workforce analytics frameworks, productivity benchmarking models, workforce intelligence POVs.
