Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in fintech and trading platforms to design intuitive, high-performance user experiences for both retail and professional investors

This role requires deep expertise in designing data-intensive interfaces, real-time systems, and decision-driven user experiences, enabling users to act quickly and confidently in quick-paced market environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end UX design for trading platforms (Web Mobile)
- Design low-latency, high-clarity interfaces for real-time data consumption
- Simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Create advanced data visualizations (charts, tables, heatmaps, trend indicators)
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to design precise workflows
- Build, maintain, and scale design systems for fintech applications
- Ensure compliance-friendly UX aligned with regulatory requirements (SEBI, KYC norms, etc)

Required Experience:

- 510 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in fintech domain, specifically working on:




- Trading platforms or financial applications
- Data-rich dashboards and analytics tools
- Real-time or high-frequency interfaces
- Decision-critical workflows (eg, buy/sell execution flows)
- Experience working on complex, data-heavy applications
- Demonstrated impact on business metrics such as conversion, retention, or drop-offs

Qualifications

- Degree in Design / HCI / Product Design or equivalent practical experience
- Certification or exposure to financial markets will be an added advantage
