Primary Responsibilities

- To monitor and oversee the development of business in 70 + branches and will be responsible for getting target achieved for all the products in the allocated Region.
- Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches.
- Develop annual business plans, strategies for Gold Loan business and review performance monthly.
- Work with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales,HR,Admin,Audit etc.) to ensure team gets the required support to develop business and achieve targets.
- Lead and inspire branches to delivery as per business plan.
- Establish and sustain high performance culture amongst the branch teams
- Define and implement necessary strategies and processes to ensure high level of performance.
- Ensure branch operates in a compliant manner and adheres to all procedures and norms laid down by company
- Understand the local business drivers and issues that have an impact on branch performance.




- Maximise performance of Branch Managers and their teams by identifying training needs and ensure delivery of training takes place. Keep the team motivated and engaged

Branch / employee productivity for all the products.

Revenue and profitability of Gold Loan business and Gold Bond (NCD) business.

Maintaining punctuality, Discipline and high level of Morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.

Skills and Requirements •Experience of working in BFSI •Robust track record during their career. •Preference will be given to Local Candidates.
