Role: Business Development Officer ? Affiliate Business

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Client Relationship roles.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Officer to expand and manage our Affiliate Business network.

The role involves onboarding affiliate partners, maintaining relationships, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams for successful execution of affiliate campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities and a basic understanding of stock market.

Location : Bavdhan, Pune (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, influencers, educators, communities and business associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Drive affiliate-led registrations, leads and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for affiliate promotional requirements.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular updates/reports.
- Assist affiliates with product understanding, campaign execution and query resolution.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective partners and maintain a proper database.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and tracking processes.




- Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve affiliate engagement and conversions.
- Ensure timely communication regarding campaigns, offers, webinars, and events.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of stock market, financial products, or education industry will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email communication.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / Marketing background preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience with good communication skills.
