Purpose of Position

The purpose of the position to provide overall coordination & support to the SAVW Steuerkreis lead. Theposition is responsible for managing the Steuerkreis operations ,IPK Commission ,HPO administrative task. Act as a bridge between the Steuerkreis lead and committee members and ensure smooth communication & coordination.

Role & responsibilities

Effective coordination with SAVW Group departments for Steuerkreis /IPK topics, HPO measures & directions from Board

Identification of problem area & funneling the same for further resolution

Based on the outcome of above topics, set up agenda for SAVW Steuerkreis and eventually for BoM critical /special topics from respective departments

Prioritize topics & prepare Steuerkreis ,IPK Commission and HPO Workstream Review agenda

Facilitate departments with guidelines , work / collaborate with departments to prepare for SAVW Steuerkreis





Align with respective financial controller and key departments before SAVW Steuerkreis for respective topics

Schedule meetings and release agenda, based on criticality & impact to the organization

Prepare, draft minutes of meeting & maintain complete tracking of all open points

Share relevant extract with the speaker & participant for consensus

Enable company secretary to prepare BoM agenda by sending approved /recommended topics from Steuerkreis

Periodic review of companywide KPIs - monitoring the historic status & development

Participate in cost measures workshops, maintain trackers for measures & development for further actions

Tracking of operational tasks , HPO Measures and Prepare weekly HPO Status Report for BoMM

Overall review of budget - IPK, FPK & SGK cost carriers ; prognosis for year end

Overall tracking of critical topics of CO2 steering, KRL & PODs, Planning rounds SPR & OPR. Ensure implementations of all open points

Overall tracking of open points relevant to Legal, Compliance & Internal Audits

Ensure proper reporting & escalations to the Steuerkreis & in turn ensure decisions from the meeting are communicated & effectively implemented across the organization

NOTE- This position is going to be on Third party Payroll
