Position: Sr. Project Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

- Prepare activity breakdowns and detailed project schedules.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans to guide project execution.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to individual team members for effective execution.

Review and Coordination

- Conduct periodic review meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly) to track progress and address challenges.
- Ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Documentation and Engineering

- Prepare and manage project documentation and templates, including logic flowcharts, control philosophies, and basic/detailed engineering documents.
- Configure complex control loops and simple control loops, including device control logic.
- Independently manage tag database configurations.

Skills requirement

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with GE PLC systems, including 90-30, VersaMax, and Rx-3i series hardware.
- Independently completed at least 2-3 site commissioning projects with GE PLCs.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC architecture and its application in industrial automation.




- Proficient in Cimplicity and iFix SCADA systems for monitoring and control applications.
- Strong understanding of industrial and IT communication protocols, including FTE, Ethernet, Modbus, OPC-DA, and OPC-UA.
- Experienced in migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and system integrations.

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and reporting.
- A proactive team player with experience working in teams of at least five members.

Other Skills

- Strong appreciation for the importance of standards and processes, ensuring compliance throughout project execution.
- Experience working through all stages of at least two complete project lifecycles, from planning to commissioning.

Qualifications Required

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics or a related field.
- Experience: Several years in a relevant role.
