About the Role

Our frontend is written in Ruby on Rails and plain simple Javascript. We don t use any framework like React but have built our controls/ components for the user experience we wanted to deliver.

This is Pune-based position. 100% remote is not offered for this role.

Your Responsibilities

- Work with the founders to write code, unit test cases for the recent features, and fix defects.
- Build UI using JS, CSS, HTML and Ruby on Rails techstack.
- Maintain the quality of our platform resulting in 100% satisfaction of our users.
- Brainstorm ideas, approaches, and technical solutions to ensure our users get the best possible outcome.
- Learn something new about our users, technology,



and how to scale a company from a startup to a large organization.

Qualifications

- You have a developer mindset
- Anywhere between 1-3 years of experience writing JS/ HTML/ CSS code, fixing problems, and challenging the de-facto
- Good understanding of technology and programming concepts
- Either working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or attitude to pick up RoR with help from the team
- Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
- Hands-on with dev tools like Git (Github), some code debugging skills
- Appreciation for a good UX and passion to build a UI that helps customers consume data better
