Experience: 7+ Years Overall | 5+ Years in SAP EWM Technical Development Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Technical Lead / Senior ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and advanced ABAP development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP EWM technical design, RF development, integrations, and performance optimization across large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions across multiple projects.
- Develop and enhance SAP EWM functionalities using ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and EWM technical objects.
- Design and support RFUI developments, SmartForms, WebDynpro/FPM, and Object-Oriented ABAP solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior technical consultants.
- Manage integrations between SAP EWM and SAP MM, SD, TM, and external systems using IDoc, RFC, Proxy, OData, and Web Services.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for SAP EWM applications.
- Participate in full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Ensure scalable, high-performance, and best-practice-driven SAP EWM technical solutions.





Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development with extensive SAP EWM experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP EWM technical development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RFUI, SmartForms, WebDynpro/FPM, and OOABAP.
- Experience with Warehouse Orders, Warehouse Tasks, queues, resource management, and process-oriented storage control.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded and/or Decentralized EWM).
- Strong integration experience using IDoc/ALE, BAPI, RFC, OData Services, Proxy, and Web Services.
- Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring teams.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Exposure to SAP TM integration and warehouse automation interfaces.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration with EWM processes.
- SAP EWM Technical or ABAP certification is a plus.
