We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter with 1 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, and experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:





- 1 3 years of recruitment experience
- Manage hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions
- Experience in end-to-end hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred:

- Candidates based in Pune preferred
