Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Ensure data security through effective implementation and monitoring of firewalls, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Administer and support ERP systems, ensuring high availability and smooth business operations.
- Manage database systems, including MySQL/SQL Server, with responsibility for performance, security, and maintenance.
- Oversee IT infrastructure vendors, including selection, contract management, service delivery, and SLA compliance.
- Support and maintain computerized systems such as CSV (Computer System Validation), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), QMS (Quality Management System), DMS (Document Management System), and Track & Trace solutions.
- Monitor network infrastructure,



troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system uptime.
- Plan and implement IT upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to IT systems.

- Experience in IT infrastructure vendor management.
