Job Description:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the branches, providing comprehensive accounting support
- Responsible for end-to-end support of the accounting lifecycle services
- Resolving aged and high dollar referrals swiftly to reduce financial risks
- Support functional teams by identifying the opportunities to improve first-time accuracy rate
- Reduce reliance on branches for accounting exceptions through self-service
- Collaborate with other F&A; teams and SSMs to drive solutions
- Manage queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center
- Collaborate with branches and accounting teams to identify and support high risk areas
- Foster and maintain a positive relationship with branch staff and accounting teams to enhance overall customer experience

Experience (Career Level Guide)

- 3 - 8 years of experience in the F&A; domain
- End to end knowledge of the insurance life cycle
- Exposure to the EPIC agency management system
- Experience in transition and onboarding of services
- Onshore travel experience (positive to have)
