Job Description

- Develop PR and Brand Strategy:
- Craft and implement comprehensive PR and branding strategies to enhance the companys identity, visibility and reputation. This includes our services and our startups.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and coordinating interviews.

- Build Visibility and Social Media Presence for Venture Center:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers across all major platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored to our target audience

- Create a Platform for Community Interaction:

- Design and manage an online platform(whatsapp, telegram, mailing lists etc) where various communities can interact, share insights, and collaborate.
- Support organization of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to foster community engagement.

- Design and collate print media:

- Design various reports, impact books, etc. that Venture Center puts out
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and service providers for the timely dissemination of these. Eg - Publications
- On campus branding

- Stakeholder Communication:





- Maintain constant and effective communication with all stakeholders, including investors, partners, and team members.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of the companys progress and developments.
- Curation of monthly newsletters

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in communications, marketing/PR, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and marketing strategies.
- Experience with startups, non-profits or social impact sectors preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Proficient with design software and tools
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and industry professionals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technology and innovation sectors is a plus.
- A background in sciences is preferred but not mandatory
