Wire Rod & Bar Mill in Electrical and Automation department as a Shift In-charge. Shift Handling and Overall maintenances of 33kv, 6.6kv, Drives, PLC, Remote, PCC, MCC having 18 stand continuous Mill+Kocks (4 SCS/AUL Stand),Block & Garret Coiler

- Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability.
- Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown of reheating furnace, Continues mill (2-15), block area, laying head, bundling machine, ETO cranes from 10 MT to 50MT.
- Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown maintenance of sensors, cranes , pump, blowers, AC/DC Motors, material handling equipments , Electrical Wiring , Troubleshooting ,Cable Routing , HT/LT breakers
- Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis
- Training & Making Shift schedules for department
- Ensure valuable housekeeping practices in department
- Making Bill of Material, Maintains Dimension Report Register & mill maintenance Log Book.
- Monitoring safety aspects of maintenance jobs being carried out during shutdown.
- Maintenance of various standard packages like AC Drives (ABB), PLC (Siemens) ,Remote, PCC, MCC, Induction motors, various instrument etc.
- Drives and its Hardware/Software based troubleshooting
