We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team in Talegaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting, balance sheet management, GST compliance, and administrative skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Experience with balance sheet management and GST compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.

- Shift time: 9am to 5.30pm.
