Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present menu items to KOVFI standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and reduce food wastage.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Experience as a CDP or similar role.
- Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with attention to detail
