Process: 80% Email & Chat | 20% Calling
Location: Thane
Salary: ₹21,000 In-hand
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Email, Chat and Calls
- Provide accurate, timely and professional resolutions
- Understand customer concerns and ensure appropriate solutions
- Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
- Good command of English with strong grammar and comprehension
- Good typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Customer-focused approach with valuable problem-solving skills
